How Flair Jewellery switched from server-based to cloud POS software with Retail Express & maximised growth

Return on Investment Summary
Switching to Retail Express cloud-based POS software-enabled this QLD jewellery manufacturer to:
Use better management tools – that are cloud-based and accessible anywhere
Have visible stock levels – for improved sales and economic management
Delight customers – with a premium omnichannel retail experience
Enjoy exceptional ongoing customer support – from Retail Express

The Company
Flair Jewellery is an independent family-owned jewellery manufacturing company based in Queensland. Directors Peter and Josh Turner have an online store and two physical stores — in Bribie Island, Moreton Bay and Kawana, on the Sunshine Coast.
The Problem
Flair Jewellery previously ran their eCommerce store on an outdated server-based platform, not in the cloud. Similar to other retailer case studies where business owners hadn’t updated their digital systems, this limitation gave them plenty of issues restricting their growth.
The Results
After installing Retail Express’ POS cloud software, moving has enabled better management tools, accessible anywhere.
With the benefit of the cloud, Peter can now keep an eye on sales and stock levels in his stores no matter where he is – at home or in the Bahamas.
Making the switch to new software is never something a business look forward to. Fortunately, though, with the help of the company’s dedicated Project Success Manager, Flair Jewellery could move across to Retail Express without fuss.
“Within just a few days, our staff were trained, our stock was installed in the software, and we were up and firing, ready to go.”
– Peter Turner, Owner
